Return and Refund Policy

Stamped with Elegance Mobile Notary Refund policy consists of:

Appointment Cancellation: If providing 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation, any payment made in advance will be eligible for a refund.
If you are rescheduling your appointment to a different day, that must be done 24 hours in advance. Anything under 24 Hours notice, please email me at cox@stampedwithelegance.com
Clerical Errors: Clerical errors made by our notary (e.g., incorrect date, misspelled name, etc.) we will offer a correction at no additional charge. If a correction is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.

How to Request a Refund:

Submit refund requests via email to cox@stampedwithelegance.com within 3 days of the original payment date. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
